I'm not sure why but this picture leaves me with so many questions: Who left this? How did it break? How long has it been dangling there? How long will it stay dangling there? How many necks was it around? How much beer got spilled on it? How many boobies were flashed for the sake of this object?
These sad little broken beads will see boobies no more.
